Brief Introduction of

Aust CaiHongYing International Authors' Federation

Aust CaiHongYing International Author’s Federation (also known as Aust CaiHongYing Chinese Writers' Federation), established in December, 2004, is the worldwide non-government, non-political nature, non-profit, non-religion, the completely independent folk pure literature organisation. Most of our members are Chinese writers from Australia, China, USA, Canada, etc.

The federation has success promoted the name to the worldwide Chinese communities through the website (www.azchy.com) and has success published and distributed 12 edition (till Oct 2007) of the printed quarterly magazine "Aust Cai Hong Ying" (ISSN 1832-3456).

The goals of the federation are:

  • to establish a platform for the worldwide authors,

  • to become the cultural connection bridge of eastern and western,

  • to make improving cross-cultural exchange and mutual understanding,

  • to promote cross-cultural dialogue amongst the Chinese diaspora internationally,

  • to pave the way for Australia and China through the culture.

About the name

"Cai Hong Ying" means rainbow parrot in Chinese, it is one of the Australian colourful unique birds.

The objective

The objective of the federation is to establish worldwide scale literature platform, the enhancement north and south hemisphere cultural exchange, the promotion five continents author's communication, promotes the reader to the various countries' system and the local conditions and social customs understanding ......In any time, the national/area maintains her pure literature objective. 

The Quarterly Magazine (ISSN 1832-3456)

The federation starts to distribute the independent hard copy quarterly publication "Aust CaiHongYing" since it is found at the end of  2007, the magazine content take literature as foundation and covering:

  • away from home stories,

  • goes all over the world,

  • the society hundred condition,

  • the dear ones of family,

  • the mind incessant chatter,

  • discussed the ancient of the analects,

  • viewing the worldwide,

  • the joke and humorously,

  • contents and so on literature world,

  • love marriage and affinity,

  • mirage, etc.

The publication affected area broad, the content rich, the readability strong like all flowers blooms together, hundred school of thought contends the work.

The quarterly publication released to world-wide world five continents, already on time and success has distributed 12 issues till the present, it has become one of the most influential pure literature quarterly publication in Australia and New Zealand. 

All editions of magazine are collected by National Museum Of Modem Chinese Literature in BeiJing, National Library of Australia in Canberra,  major libraries of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, and some other countries libraries, etc. The magazine are purchased by some Australian school regularly to put in the school libraries.

The Internet Publication

The federation publish the international publication through it’s website www.azchy.com/en.htm, publish the best articles and poems of worldwide authors. The visitors from Australia, China, US, Canada, England, France and so on over 90 countries and the territories.

The internet publication www.azchy.com has been collected by the PANDORA Archive of National Library of Australia （NLA07/3309）. The Library will catalogue our publication and add the record to the National Bibliographic Database (a database of catalogue records shared by over 1,100 Australian libraries), as well as to our own online catalogue. The Forum

The forum opened to public in September 2004, until now had each kind of column over 100, to provide an exchange platform which not to have the region and time limit for the worldwide authors and literature amateurs.

In the past three years, here gathered several thousand authors and the literature amateur of worldwide, had issued tens of thousands of each kind of theme, the literature style, surpass 10,000,000 characters the literary works, becomes the one of the largest online communities in Australia and New Zealand. 

The forum has the following columns:

Modern Poetry, Classic Poetry, Fiction, Poetry in Prose, Western Literature, Essay, Reviews, History and Today, Poetry Competition, etc.

The federation through to conduct each kind of international active enhancement various countries author's communication, the influence activities include:

  • unite more than 30 publications and the magazine (Australia, USA and China) conduct “HuaHe Cup” 2007 Chinese poetry league tournament,

  • Chinese music movement - - Beijing in 2008 worldwide scale and so on Olympic Games column solicitation activities, etc.
